I'm Emily, a field recordist and an audio designer specializing in dialogue, voice, and voice over design.

Growing up in mountainous Upstate New York, I have always loved the natural environment. My passion for sound brought me to Berklee College of Music where I earned a degree in Music Production and Engineering, specializing in immersive audio for Virtual Reality and video game audio.

 

I moved to Sweden in 2022 to work as a Voice Over Designer at MachineGames on Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. After three exciting years full of learning about voice design and honing my craft, I moved back to the United States in June of 2025 to continue my passion for voice design as a freelancer.

 

In my spare time I volunteer with Quiet Parks International (QPI) as a field recordist and USA representative. My love of nature and field recording is perfectly expressed through my adventures with QPI as I have traveled to Hawaii, Spain, and around Sweden searching for Quiet Parks and Trails.
